We are proud to offer a comprehensive warranty on our solid wood furniture, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a lifetime from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.  Our commitment to quality means that you can trust our furniture to stand the test of time, providing enduring beauty and functionality for generations.

What is Covered

• Structural Integrity: We guarantee the structural integrity of our solid wood furniture, including joints, hardware, and craftsmanship.

• Materials: Our warranty covers defects in the wood, including warping that occurs under normal usage conditions.

• Finish: We warrant against peeling, blistering, or significant discoloration of the finish under normal use and care.

What is Not Covered

• Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or fading due to prolonged exposure to sunlight.

• Environmental Damage: Damage caused by environmental factors such as humidity, temperature fluctuations, water, fire, or exposure to harsh chemicals is not covered.

• Improper Use: Any damage resulting from improper use, misuse, or abuse, including excessive weight, use for unintended purposes, or failure to follow care instructions.

• Unauthorized Repairs: Modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than a PTC craftsperson will void this warranty.

• Splitting and Cracking: While we work to the best of our ability to prevent splitting and cracking, these issues are often due to environmental conditions beyond our control and are not covered under this warranty.
