We Really Give a damn…

about the environment. All of us here at PTC love the great outdoors and care a lot about preserving it in every way possible.

From day one, I wanted to create a company that had a positive environmental impact. I knew there was a way to build furniture that was responsible and could eliminate trash. I was sick of seeing “fast” furniture on the curb just to be thrown in a land fill. As a result, from day one, the goal of our business has been to create a net positive environmental footprint (still working on it) We are just stewards on this planet after all. 

We work hard to source renewable and ethically sourced materials, use low to no voc finishes, minimize trash, avoid shipping when possible and more. To me this feels like the bare minimum. So in addition, we are a member of 1% for the planet and pledge to give 1% of gross receipts to environmental nonprofits like One Tree Planted.

Whether you purchase from us or someone else we ask that you take a minute to think about how you can use your purchasing power to positively impact our planet. Let’s all work together to keep earth green.
